We ship all orders from our warehouse in the North East of England within 5 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. We do not require signatures upon delivery, and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

Delivery options are as follows:

UK
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - £3.99 or FREE for first month of subscriptions.

EU
Fully Tracked Standard Delivery (3 to 5 business days depending on destination) -£14.99

International
Fully Tracked Standard Delivery DDP (5-10 business days depending on destination) -£35

EU International orders include estimated import duties and taxes in the shipping cost. We will handle customs clearance so you pay nothing extra on delivery.
